When we began our business in 1994 we only did Kemah yacht charters & Kemah dinner cruises aboard our 70' luxury sailing yacht. We also offered Clear Lake boat rentals and Sail boat rentals.
In 1996 we purchased the "Magic" a 49 passenger yacht which we offered for Kemah wedding yachts and receptions, Seabrook yacht weddings, cruising the Kemah Boardwalk, galveston and Clear Lake. We perform our weddings while cruising, which allows the opportunity to take advantage of the unique photo backgrounds of Clear Lake and the Kemah Boardwalk. Plus our corporate clients loved the idea of offering them Kemah charter boats and our Houston boat rental yachts cruising the clear lake and Galveston bay waterways. We were told that Majestic Ventures Inc. is the best value for charter boat rentals and for company holiday parties.

Expanding to the Clients needs

In 1999 we purchased our first 150 passenger yacht 95' yacht and we shortly found out that we were not only a great option to the high priced banquet rooms and banquet facilities in Houston but could also offer affordable houston yacht receptions, houston wedding receptions, yacht weddings in houston and custom Kemah weddings or custom Houston weddings.

In 2001 do to the demand for our yachts for thier Houston company party Majestic Ventures purchased another 150 passenger yacht the "Royal Princess" ideal for corporate events. After further demand, In 2003 we purchased the "enchantment" our 80' dinner cruise yacht which is used for Kemah wedding yacht, Kemah dinner cruise yacht. Then in mid 2005 Majestic Ventures

purchased the new 100' Royal Princess II, her new design revolutionized Texas yacht weddings by including in her design a bridal changing room and private bridal restroom.

Expanding Markets

As you know 2001  was not a good year, we had the Houston flood and 911. That's when all corporate business came to a stop and weddings took a 100% increase. Majestic Ventures realizing that the only market available was weddings Majestic Ventures turned 100% of it's attention to the development of the wedding market. Majestic Ventures created the "complete wedding package" market for Houston wedding yachts offering Kemah wedding cruises, Houston wedding cruises, These are complete wedding packages that include the wedding and receptions onboard. Our Kemah wedding boats also offer Kemah wedding receptions and Houston wedding receptions for those who wish to be married in a church and just have the reception in a unique and memorable location like our Kemah wedding yachts.

After the corporate markets returned in 2005 Majestic Ventures began to dominate the charter yacht market. Now with the wedding market well established and the corporate market fully recovered Majestic Ventures has expand it's services to the corporate market, which include corporate yacht events, company special events, corporate dinner yachts corporate yacht party, corporate Christmas parties and team building events on the water.
